RETAIL-Work at Meds2Beds programs at Riverside, Grant, Mansfield, and Marion Hospitals. Dispense and verify discharge and employee outpatient prescriptions. HOME INFUSION: Verify set up of TPN admixture machine. Verify compounded sterile products including TPN. Verify completion of shipping order (medication and supplies) and ensure proper temperature control. Speak with patients regarding refill requests, reviewing home administration of the appropriate number of doses and supplies needed. Enter information for shipment of next cycle of medication and supplies in CPR+ software.

Inpatient at Grady Hospital: Verify patient medication orders. Clinically review patient profile prior to rounding-including antimicrobial stewardship, renal dosing, warfarin dosing, and vancomycin dosing. Write progress note for Warfarin and Vancomycin if pharmacy has order to dose. Verify medications pulled for omnicell loading. Verify compounded Sterile Products. Verify restocked intubation medication boxes. Change medication administration times and respond to nurse messages.

Stepped up to help vaccination team at Ohio Health during COVID. Diluting vials, drawing up doses, supervising pharmacy students, controlling storage of vials and labeling, acting as a pharmacy reference, and vaccinating both employees and the community. Provided assistance at Riverside, Doctors, Grant, BAC, MGH, Grady, and MPG in Delaware.

Acted as staff pharmacist at RMB, OMH, and MGH outpatient pharmacies checking prescriptions, completing clinical review, counseling patients, overseeing dispensing of controlled substances, overseeing technicians, and working in Meds2Beds program.

2013-2016 Part time staff pharmacist for Target and then CVS (who bought Target pharmacy) doing all aspects of running pharmacy during shifts.

2006-2013 Contingent pharmacist filling open shifts at Target Pharmacy locations in Central Ohio.

Developed Women's Health pharmacist consultation program at Ohio location. Staff pharmacist in compounding pharmacy supervising technicians, filling and checking prescriptions, counseling patients, and recommending therapy for peri and post menopausal women.
