While working at Build a Bear at the Mall of America, I was challenged with the ever changing environment of a Nationwide Landmark. It was a very fast paced environment that had many challenges that I had to learn to overcome, while maintaining the guests satisfaction. I worked as a Bear Builder for 2 years before being promoted to manager, as well as working and managing our shipments once a week.
