Accomplishments

  • Stingray (Biltmore): got offered the head chef position after been there for about a month.
  • Stingray (Old town): got offered the head chef position after been there for 2 months.
  • Zen 32: 7 times employee of the month/ head chef for 3 consecutive years
  • Ten sushi Bar: got offered the head chef position after been there for 6 months.
  • Sushi@Delux: The owner (Lenny Rosenberg) gave me the job of creating the sushi concept starting from scratch. Therefore, I was in charge of restaurant supplies including sushi cases, refrigerators, cutting boards, rice cookers, warmers as well as all the merchandise. Also doing contracts with fish companies and providers of everything we needed it to succeed.
  • Squid Ink: created a competitive sushi menu as well as lunch menu/ open the Scottsdale location during super bowl/ managed downtown and Scottsdale locations during super bowl.
  • Conceptually Social: I was in charge of putting together sushi catering for more than 300 people, events or more.
  • Bamboo Sushi: went to Portland for my training and learned about MSC certified as well as all the locations system after a month of training opened Biltmore location and became the model location for all the previous locations according to the owner. After shutting down the Biltmore location (do to covid) got an offer to be the Executive Sushi chef for the company and travel around the country teaching and opening the previous and future locations.
