My name is Joslin Ayala, I am 16 years old. I am a student at ECHS. I have help so many people at my school with skills I've learned through Girl scouts and through my Group therapy. I'm a Girl Scout Ambassador with a proven track record in community service and leadership development at Girl Scouts of Central Texas. Skilled in public speaking and problem-solving, I successfully organized fundraising initiatives and mentorship programs, empowering young girls while fostering teamwork and inclusivity. Achieved the Gold Award through impactful community engagement and project management. Also, with my experienced within the Girl Scout community engagement, having consistently led initiatives that benefit local groups. Utilizes leadership skills to inspire and guide teams towards common goals. I have been in Girl scouts for now about 14 years. I am a hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level for the position of being a CSW Delegate. I'm so enthusiastic to be CSW Delegate this year and with background as Girl Scout Ambassador. Proven ability to lead community projects and support organizational goals. Demonstrated strong leadership and effective communication skills to foster teamwork and achieve objectives. help team achieve company goals. Also I've been a Camp Counselor for now 4 years, I have also lead World thinking day as well.
