- Would help assist Assistant Store Director by scanning out of stocks occasionally, Putting in Store Appliance Work Orders, Opening the Store as Opening Manager
- Maintained putting in peoples availability’s in scheduling format, would maintain and keep record of Employees attendance, Doing Employees Computer Training and making sure we are in compliance
- Print Store Reports and keep track of Employees overtime, taking lunches or late late lunches, total commulative hours for employees
- Mailing off Termed Files and Manufactur Coupons
- Ordering Clothes for Employee's
- Doing Conference Calls for Both my Position and Front-End Managers meetings
- Advicate for employees and customers/ answer questions regarding benefits, health insurance, paystubs, tax withholding, customers with Safeway App
- Would Help Push Dress code/ follow through with Disciplinary actions when policies are not being met
- Kept all Legal signage up to date involving E-Verify, Minor Work Ruler rights, Oregon Labor Laws and Right, etc...
- Kept Safety Boards in Breakroom Up to Date
- Mainly Closing Store Manager
