I started working for Ocean City Beach Fee on July 3, 2023. I was working as a regular beach tagger. During my first season I was taught proper skills that influenced me to become better with money handling, and overall build my social skills with others around me. It is now my second year working with the city, I began in June and this time I am expected to work with higher amounts of money and accounting. I'm currently enrolled as a upcoming junior at ACIT, this school sets me up for my future as a carpenter. The carpentry field highly expected employees to work well with others and maintain teamwork skills. Im able to have a proper work ethic, be excited to show up, start conversations with people easily, and overall follow what is expected of me.
