• Focused mainly on re-store, preventive maintenance on different printing systems and reactive calls on all packaging equipment
• Started focusing on improvements for my area with an emphasis on reliability, quality and safety
• Learned to work on and troubleshoot most issues on eighteen different packaging lines at a food plant
• Experience on the processing side too with the HMI and when it came to assembly and taking apart the machines
• Worked at Resers taking apart processing assets including pumps, fillers, dicers etc overnight when there was no production
• A lot of experience with printers, learned to troubleshoot and repair various printers including Markems (5200-5400, 9232 and 9450’s), squid ink case printers and also Keyence mk-g printers
• Started managing all the printers on the floor and they all became my responsibility, handled all repairs, pms, ordering parts, and also the location of our printers
• Created/handled every recipe/job in the printers
• Learned to use programs such as ORION (squid ink) also COLOS (Markem)
• A lot of experience working with packaging assets
• Examples of tray formers and case sealers for cases such as Wexxars, Pearson, Delkors, Meurers, and some tape machines such as Dekka and best pack
• Ran mostly Delkors and learned to be able to understand the HMI and make a lot of adjustments for the machine
• Worked on Kawasaki robots to palletize our cases, generally replaced cables, replaced belts, or rehome the robot
• Worked on conveyors as well
• Metal detectors, label aires, socals and cimjets
• Basic understandings of how to wire up a low phase or a high phase motor
• Able to weld (MIG)
• Basic understandings of how IP addresses work.
• You can use hand or power tools.
