• Slack: introduced and set up the slack application as the main form of company communication. Performed company-wide training to onboard our members on the slack platform.
• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Module Integration: Collaborated with Kleinschmidt EDI team and the customer EDI integration team to make sure EDI would perform as expected once on production
• This included data transmission testing and mapping of certain EDI segments.
• Upgraded the office network from satellite internet to fiber-based internet service.
• Email Migration admin - Migrated mailboxes from AT&T based IMAP server to Office 365 and enabled 2FA on the most critical inboxes
• Setup easy authentication through the Microsoft Authenticator app for key members.

Developed a backend vehicle tracking software that connects with BlueInkTech and PCS Soft API endpoints to update vehicle locations on our TMS periodically and push the updates to the customers on demand. GIT is used for version control.
