- Working on multi-scale and multi-physics, patient-specific modeling for electrophysiological studies of the heart and its parts in different diseased conditions, mainly Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Fibrosis
- Using C++ and MATLAB based custom-made software to model realistic geometries of the heart parts and their electrical behavior
- Analyzing and classifying real patient data and comparing it to computer-simulated data
