• Able to signal concrete truck driver with hand signals or verbal command
• Able to finish concrete with the help of one or two others
• Making sure the job is done well before the concrete fully sets
• Always making sure everyone is following safety protocols including myself
• Performing simple/advanced layouts of iron bars
• Cut and bent metal using a variety of tools and machines
• Able to move around in tight spots when iron is already in place
