employees engaged in their jobs and the Company.

• Increased shipments by 1 million per quarter for three quarters consecutively

• Reviewed work orders to identify desired processing plans, temperatures and cycle requirements to produce optimal products.
• Documented defects and reported conformance issues to Quality Manager.
• Completed electrical and structural maintenance repairs on furnaces as needed.
• Kept production flowing with proficient loading and unloading of sixteen furnaces
• Supervised fifteen employees on three shifts
