• As a Receiver/Warehouse associate I am the first line of defense for the quality of our products as I was responsible for monitoring all produce and raw ingredients being shipped to our facility.

- Trained on the stand up reach forklift and electric pallet jack for this position

• As a Mixer I followed formulas daily to mix bread and bagel dough using raw ingredients
• As a Divider ran doughs through multiple machines to cut, scale, proof, and shape dough
• As a Panner I placed formed dough coming off a fast-paced assembly line onto basket trays
