In charge of operating multiple Salt Water Disposal facilities and ensuring that everything is running properly so our customers were able to receive the water they required through our pipeline for oilfield purposes. If any equipment failed during operation, I would have to troubleshoot the computer system and/or site equipment in order to have everything back running as soon as possible and flowing as needed. I also skimmed loads of oil from facilities and had it sold to buyers by contacting oil haulers and guiding those tankers to pick up oil loads purchased by their respective companies.

I was also responsible for supervising and navigating any roustabout crews, contractors and/or oil haulers that were on our sites whenever we hired them for their specific jobs.

• Trained new hires on production procedures, ensuring a quick ramp-up time and consistent performance levels across the team.
• Managed a team of production workers, ensuring completion of daily tasks, adherence to safety and fulfilling company product orders.
• Maintained safe work areas by keeping pathways and stations free of hazards and excess materials.

• Operated equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move heavy loads.
