As part of the co-founding team at Schlep, I played a pivotal role in the expansion of our business by spearheading the establishment of new departments. I was entrusted with the responsibility of developing new roles within each department. In addition, I helped create and implement policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize departmental practices, ensuring business continuity and consistent operational excellence. During my tenure, my role evolved significantly, and I held various job positions, often taking on dual roles simultaneously, as our business expanded and before fully staffing the departments. This adaptive approach was essential in meeting the evolving and dynamic needs of our growing organization."
