As, a maintenance technician, I'm in charge for the work orders residents may have.
Make sure things get done to the best of my knowledge. I know, how to solve, any
kinda of problem the apartments may have such as leaks on the ceilings due to an a/c
leak, or x a dishwasher, unclogged toilets, garbage disposal, bathtub, bathroom sink,
kitchen sink, as well as replaced them. I know how to trouble shoot an a/c unit such as
charged freon, replaced transformer, capacitors, compressors, contactors, and
condenser fan motor. As well as the installation of a new condenser unit.
As a make ready, I make sure the apartment looks, as it's best to the next prospect
resident. I would start with with a deep trash out, then make a visual check and list all
of the things needs to be scheduled for repairs with contractors. Next, replaced any
stain or or broken GFCI, outlets, switches, burnt out light bulbs, replaced old and rusty
air vents, and replaced air lters, replaced light xtures, in restrooms, kitchen, patio,
and living room. Check for a working garbage disposal, dish washer, washer machine,
fridge, microwave, range, and using toilet. Unclogged sinks, in bathroom and kitchen.
