• As the driver I was in charge of making sure all the equipment that we needed for the day was working fine before leaving the shop in the morning, I also was in charge of the paper work for the cites, at the cites I would cut the grass and get the other guys to do other things that needed to get done also.

As the shipping and receiving lead, I was in charge of getting all the packages in the restocage room organize everything including the resins drums and little stuff during the morning, for the afternoon time I would start getting the shipments set to get in the trucks and sent away and at the same time train the new guys.
