Work History

Sr Associate/ Team Lead

CoreLogic/ Cotality
11.2020 - Current
  • As a Senior Associate at CoreLogic since 2020, I started as a researcher training under the Flagstar Client. I was later assigned to several other clients including Loan Depot, Selene, SPS, and Cenlar. My role involved reviewing tasks and providing procurement and research details to speed up processes and help manage inventory. I also became familiar with the original manual process of handling tasks through RATTLER/green before it was updated to Research Core.
  • In December 2023, I was promoted to Team Lead for Arvest. My new responsibilities involved managing inventory with our offshore partners and acting as a point of contact to support their requirements. I collaborated closely with the Arvest client, handled escalations, reviewed pre-funding and funding, and presented a weekly report on the status of our overall operations. I also addressed inquiries and provided feedback to consistently improve our processes and increase team efficiency. In between this time as well Loan depot needed a team lead, I accepted this position managing both clients until there was a POD reorganization.
  • For this client, I replicated the successful approach I had established with the previous client, with additional responsibilities including more reports, a larger inventory, a larger offshore team and providing more in-depth analysis during weekly meetings.

Lead Optician

Heritage Family Eyecare
01.2019 - 01.2020
  • As an optician for HFEC, I contributed many sales for the year and focused on frame management. As an Optician, we have several different duties such as filing insurance, selling our wonderful product, and managing patient care with the best customer service. As a Lead Optician, I was given more tasks, such as managing suppliers, such our frame, lense and lab tools manufacturers. Invoicing inventory and speaking to representatives of the frame lines to keep the stores stocked and to ensure we would have the best deal possible for us. On a daily basis I would assist upset patients and troubleshoot their problems, I was a “go-to” person for this job, which was done promptly and sincerely. I would also bring in many new opticians, train and monitor their progress. When I was needed, I would assist the front desk with taking calls, checking in patients, and performing the preliminary ocular tests. I was very flexible, moving everywhere in the office where I was needed most, still performing my everyday tasks promptly.

Watauga-Eyewear Specialist, promoted to Third Key

Visionworks
06.2017 - 01.2019
  • As an eyewear specialist or an optician, I learned to read eyeglasses and contact prescriptions. I could transpose them, fill them and explain to the customer which type of lense is best for them and their specific prescription and needs. I also learned how to pull insurance benefits, and explained how to utilize them.
  • After three months of my hiring date, I was promoted to Third Key, a manager position. I would open and close the store, go to the bank and make the deposits for the store. I would also train other associates. Other tasks that would entail handling difficult patients, checking our merchandise and checking for quality assurance.

Projects And Processes

  • Cognizant templates, In response to difficulties in finding answers to common questions, I created a reference document that provides templates, key information, and guides for critical data. This living document is continuously updated and shared with the team as additional questions and needs emerge, ensuring everyone has access to the most current information.
  • Repeat Tasks, I implemented a manual review of repeated items identified for the month. I present these findings to the client bimonthly. Breakdowns include the following questions: “was this a CL error, root cause, was the issue resolved the first time, and details on task resolution. “

The client has been thoroughly impressed with this new report, as it gives insight to the percentage of tasks that are repeated, how Cl is or is not responsible and how we look for trending items that need to be reviewed with our cognizant partners.

  • TBA review, I conduct weekly reviewed of the DTP file provided to identify loans that may require a TBA internal task. We determine if a property needs to be updated and provided a letter to the homeowner.

During this period of implementation, I received feedback from our Cognizant partners indicating a need for additional support and clarity in the research portion. In response, I developed a detailed reference document. This resource provides step-by step guidance on task- related questions, ultimately helping to ensure consistent and accurate results.

  • VA Letter Weekly review, On a weekly basis, I provide the client with a review of penalty disbursements, confirming whether letters have been issued to inform homeowners as required.
  • SEP review, Reviewed daily reports of MSP disbursements and facilitated information to team members.
  • Research Core/ UAT, Throughout the Research Core implementation process, I worked closely with the UAT team as a tester I was hand selected as a SME . Primarily with Arvest, I assisted in developing and providing details instructions of the tasks and their use. I assisted in a smooth transition to the new lead as my role changed to work on the Loandepot team, where I still contribute as a tester for these projects, providing feedback to assist in project success.
