- Cognizant templates, In response to difficulties in finding answers to common questions, I created a reference document that provides templates, key information, and guides for critical data. This living document is continuously updated and shared with the team as additional questions and needs emerge, ensuring everyone has access to the most current information.
- Repeat Tasks, I implemented a manual review of repeated items identified for the month. I present these findings to the client bimonthly. Breakdowns include the following questions: “was this a CL error, root cause, was the issue resolved the first time, and details on task resolution. “
The client has been thoroughly impressed with this new report, as it gives insight to the percentage of tasks that are repeated, how Cl is or is not responsible and how we look for trending items that need to be reviewed with our cognizant partners.
- TBA review, I conduct weekly reviewed of the DTP file provided to identify loans that may require a TBA internal task. We determine if a property needs to be updated and provided a letter to the homeowner.
During this period of implementation, I received feedback from our Cognizant partners indicating a need for additional support and clarity in the research portion. In response, I developed a detailed reference document. This resource provides step-by step guidance on task- related questions, ultimately helping to ensure consistent and accurate results.
- VA Letter Weekly review, On a weekly basis, I provide the client with a review of penalty disbursements, confirming whether letters have been issued to inform homeowners as required.
- SEP review, Reviewed daily reports of MSP disbursements and facilitated information to team members.
- Research Core/ UAT, Throughout the Research Core implementation process, I worked closely with the UAT team as a tester I was hand selected as a SME . Primarily with Arvest, I assisted in developing and providing details instructions of the tasks and their use. I assisted in a smooth transition to the new lead as my role changed to work on the Loandepot team, where I still contribute as a tester for these projects, providing feedback to assist in project success.
