Tenant has notified RENTsmart Property Management, LLC they have in their possession TWO DOGS and have paid the Refundable Pet Fee in the amount of $800.00.
Tenant agrees to abide by Pet Policy and the landlord agrees to permit tenant to keep the pet(s) described in this agreement in accordance with pet policies.
