• Oversee the work of the Digital Team's seven Paid Social Media Associates and Specialists in the setup of complex campaigns across platforms per the latest best practices
• Optimize social campaigns for highest MRR clients, and assist junior team members’ optimizations
• Collaborate with Digital Strategists to dictate the paid social strategy for clients' proposal requests, prospective client RFPs, and strategy pivots in order to achieve client goals
• Analyze campaign performance effectively based on monthly data trends reflected in the respective platform and Google Looker Studio dashboards to create monthly insight notes that are client-facing
• Craft meaningful recommendations for client review based on campaign data trends that will have a positive impact on performance
• Showcase thoughtful leadership through contributions in team meetings, including bringing forward ideas around process improvements, new best practices, and ways to test new ideas and services
• Keep pace with paid social media industry trends, sharing articles and updates from platform representatives
• Participate in content creation such as social media blogs, webinars, internal and external resources
• Lead optimization training sessions on a weekly basis
• Responsible for the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new social team members, as well as the personal and professional growth of three direct reports
• Oversee the allocation of client work and paid social campaign performance across the team
• Interview, hire, and train new team members
• Architect digital strategies driven by clients’ business marketing goals and objectives
• Identify digital opportunities and map out the inputs needed to develop an effective digital marketing and tactical strategy
• Prepare strategic, multi-channel media plans/budgets for existing and potential new clients
• Oversee the execution of clients’ campaigns, ensuring goals are being met
• Write in-depth monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform reporting tools; analyze data in aggregate, identify short-term and long-term trends, and make thoughtful recommendations accordingly
• Foster client-agency relationships through monthly strategy calls, acting as an expert partner for clients and advising on best practices
• Keep up-to-date on digital landscape trends, emerging platforms, and industry news
• Showcase thought leadership through providing ideas around process improvements, strategic testing, and ways to increase client satisfaction/campaign success
• Drive ongoing client PPC and paid social ad account development through campaign creation, keyword research, revising ad copy and image asset creation.
• Strategically optimize ad accounts utilizing data analytics, A/B testing tactics, competitive and creative insights, and proactively researching new platform betas.
• Review and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting using both Excel and automated reporting tools.
