• Apply critical thinking skills to assess, prioritize, and address patient needs promptly. Recognize and report any deviations from the expected patient response to interventions.
• Provide direct patient care based on established nursing protocols and standards. Administer medications, perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to care planning.

• Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and in accordance with the physician's orders and facility policies. This includes oral, topical, and certain non-invasive routes of medication administration.
• Communicate with licensed nurses and physicians regarding medication orders, clarifications, and changes. Ensure that medication orders are accurate and up to date.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including licensed nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and individualized resident care.

• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to relay patient needs, concerns, and observations.
• Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring that their individual preferences, needs, and concerns are respected and addressed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and support individualized restorative care plans to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care activities, including observations, vital signs, and any changes in condition.
