Serves as Senior Investigator in the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General, Investigations of Senior Officials. Independently conducts sensitive and complex administrative investigations into allegations involving senior DoD officials and other special reviews. Conducts oversight reviews of senior official investigations conducted by Inspectors General of the Military Departments and Defense Agencies. Briefs DoD OIG management, other senior DoD officials, and Members of Congress on the status and results of investigations, oversight reviews, and special reviews.

Serves as General Investigator in the Special Investigations Branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, and key advisor to the Assistant Special Agent in Charge. Independently conducts sensitive and complex criminal, civil, and administrative investigations involving allegations of misconduct and breaches of integrity involving HHS employees. Investigates matters consisting of misconduct and criminal offenses involving employees and contractors of the Department. Plans, coordinates, conducts, and leads criminal, civil, and administrative investigations, including those of a complex nature.

Served as Investigations Analyst in U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Inspections and Investigative Policy unit. Independently handled a variety of work to include inspections and compliance duties, internal controls, policy development, preparing high-level reports, and gathering statistical data. Conducted compliance inspections of regional offices as part of an inspection team responsible for assessing overall organization operations. Responsible for overseeing internal controls reporting to meet obligations under the Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act. Key member of Policy Review Team, responsible for assessing the need for revising current policy or creating new policy.

Served as Investigations Analyst in U.S. Department of Health and Human Service, Office of Inspector General, Exclusions Program. Independently investigated cases, conducted complex studies and compliance inspections, and provided complex technical and interpretive advice. Conducted comprehensive analysis of cases to determine the most effective investigative steps. Ensured that subject matter expertise, statutory and regulatory guidelines, policies, directives, legal opinions and precedents, and differences among agencies are applied to cases consistent with law and policies, procedures, and practices. Planned, coordinated, conducted, and evaluated comprehensive and complex studies to appraise the case development and management review activities of the field offices. Conducted compliance inspections of regional offices, other Federal and State governmental entities, licensing authorities, U.S. Attorneys, departmental attorneys, the public, and other agencies.
