It is my pleasure to recommend Joy Thompson as a dental assistant. I have worked with Joy for 10 months at Kool Smiles. during that time, I was new to the company as an associate dentist, and she helped me to become an associate with how everything works as one of my dental assistant.

Joy has been a valuable assistant. She knows every dental procedure just as well as I do, and is able to learn what instruments I need before I ask for them. She is also one of the hardest workers that I have ever met. She has always busy whether it is setting up for the next appointment, sterilizing instruments, doing laundry, or filing patient charts. She also helps me stay on time and be more productive.

As a dentist at Kool Smiles, the majority of our patient population or children. Due to the nature of our work, some of the situations are very stressful especially when a child has poor behavior. Joy has the ability to help calm and exceptionally anxious child and help them get through the procedure.

We also have the opportunity to see adult patients as well. She is very friendly and the patient enjoy being around her. Some of my patient return to visit just to see her and thank her for being there during the Dental treatment.
