Accounts Payable Accountant - Support for the A/P Team, All positions including the AP Manager. I was asked to return to the GSU Foundation when the AP department lost the A/P Manager and A/P Accountant. I was able to return and step into previous position as manager until the staff was in place. have remained in order to assist the new manager and accountants and to provide knowledge of the systems and procedures.

Responsible for processing and paying all invoices processed with GSU Foundation funds. I joined the Foundation when there was only 3 employees in the office. I was the only one in AP, but of course we used a different computer system and procedures. I had many duties beside processing invoices over the years until I retired. Many of my past duties are now preformed by the Finance Team. My duties included Truist Charge Cards, G&C Budgets, G&C Expenses, Spectrum Expense upload into FE and Process Approvals for Scholarships which included entry into FE.
