Reviewed Experience Modification worksheets, Loss run reports, Final Audits and Unit Stat Cards to ensure the Unit Statistical data were reported correctly to the Workers Compensation Rating bureaus. Provided appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Submitted Loss corrections when necessary to fix mentioned error(s). Followed up with requestors to ensure resolution. Kept records of all the accounts and system interactions.
• Bureaus Fine Invoices: Prepared, maintained, and distributed the fines distributed by the Independent State Bureaus. Created a monthly tracking spreadsheet utilizing the working tracking system for all the Unit Statistical Fines that have incurred each month for the Regulatory Reporting division. Once analyzed and processed, any fine item that was sent to AIG in error were quickly addressed to the bureau for further evaluations. Once all the fine invoices were ready for payment processing, all the required documents were sent directly to upper management via e-mail for payment approvals.
• NCCI Data Grades: Required to fix all the error edits messages daily for Data Grades 5 - Priority Critical items and Data Grade 9 - Rejected items. Created a daily tracking spreadsheet of all the error edit messages AIG received. When Loss corrections were required, the claim(s) data were fixed thru the AIG online systems. If the claim data was correct as reported. (No correction needed) I contacted NCCI Mod team either by via e-mail or by phone to re-solve the edit message issue(s).
• New Jersey & Wisconsin Bureau Crits: Perform a review of Unit Stat Crit letters assessed by the Rating Bureaus (Payroll/Exposure and claim issues). Response to all the CRITs that are handled within the Unit Stat Department. All correspondence were submitted directly thru the rating bureau’s websites. Kept records of all the bureau letters and bureau transactions.
• New Jersey Subsequent Reports: Review and analyze the NJ Subsequent monthly Exception Processing Report which consists of subsequent reports levels (2nd - 10th) that made have failed AIG internal edits. The process included reviewing the claim(s) data, fixing the data when needed, and filing the subsequent report levels thru the AIG online systems before the “filing due date” to avoid late submissions and bureaus penalties.
