As contracted with DPH lead team of two vaccinators and a medical record support specialist to staff "pop-up"

clinics in designated sites throughout Connecticut. Transported staff in "Covid Clinic" designated vehicles stocked with supplies and portable refrigerator after overseeing stocking of said vehicle. Designated set up of clinic for maximum efficiency, mixed various covid vaccines,and presented them to vaccinators for administration dependent upon if adult or pediatric patient. Oversaw practice of proper use of PPE by team and patients and insured safe practices were followed including transportation and maintenance of vaccines at proper temperature and proper vaccine administration was followed especially by non-nursing administrators. Took responsibility for deciding if patient should receive vaccine and followed proper channels with questions beyond my scope of practice.

Diabetes screening and blood pressure checks where also offered later on in the program as the huge demand for vaccine lessened.

• Collaborated with physicians to quickly assess patients and deliver appropriate treatment while managing rapidly changing conditions..
• Monitored patient reactions to drugs and carefully documented findings.
• Updated patient charts with data such as medications to keep records current and support accurate treatments.
• Administered medications via oral, IV, and intramuscular injections and monitored responses.
• Provided emotional support to patients and their families.
• Floated to various critical care units and emergency department dependent on census and staffing
