  • Provide high-level administrative and business support to the SVP and VP of Wholesale, including calendaring, creating and managing department org charts, distribution lists and scheduling Webex conference calls, team meetings, etc
  • Heavy domestic and international travel coordination and expense support for the SVP and VP
