    Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the Consultation Service Client Services Representative position. I am a self-motivated and progress-driven Medical Technologist with prior experience in send out testing and Customer Service having an extensive background in this industry. I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the role and feel I can make an effective and immediate contribution to your team.
Upon reviewing the job responsibilities listed in the job description I believe that my skills in time management, customer service and technical support fit well for this position. I have handled tasks very similar to what you have outlined. I have developed a clear understanding and ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements in a timely manner.
I started my career with Labcorp as a Customer Service Representative. In that role I called accounts to clarify test requests, inform clients of tests that could not be performed due to various problems, ie, improper samples, improper specimen handling, insufficient sample amount, lab errors, etc. I communicated with other lab departments to clarify issues involving transportation or accessioning issues. I sent out, tracked and followed up and inputted test results for samples sent to reference laboratories for other esoteric testing. I eventually worked full time in a reference (send out) testing capacity. Followed by last position as a Laboratory Supervisor. My past experience with previous employers in the clinical laboratory field, allowed me to hone my abilities and take on more challenging opportunities such as working as a Customer Technical Support Representative when I started my employment with Pointe Scientific. I plan to take what I have learned in my past employments and apply it to this position with the dedication to constantly improve and exceed expectations.
Please take a look at my enclosed resume for more details about my work experience and qualifications. I'd really like to speak with you more about the position, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Joyce Sitarski
