• Regional: Regional Finalist and EISEF Class 1 Award; Exceptional Genius Award; Invitation to Genius Olympiad International High School Project Fair on the Environment; Naval Science Award from the Office of Naval Research.

• State Conference: 2nd place in UX Design and 3rd in Visual Design (created a sustainable materials-based design for a local shop using 3D modeling, which was later adopted by the shop).

• Coached 6 JV and Varsity players
• Won Burlington Invitational Championship for Girls Singles and Doubles

• Earned a starting spot as a freshman on a Division 1 CIF Southern Section team
• Ranked 4th in the final standings of Varsity Team
• Achieved 1st in Districts and Regional Runner-up in California CIF
• Placed 4th at State in Florida as a sophomore
• Runner-up in the 2022 Southern California PGA U18 Players Tour

Guzheng Musician | 2015-Present

• Achieved international recognition with a Level 8 (out of 9) Guzheng certification from The Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM)
• Performed with the California Youth Chinese Symphony
• Gave solo performances at animal and environmental protection fundraising events

• Programming Tutor: instructed Scratch programming to kids in marginalized communities at a local community center; led classes of approximately 30 students.
• ESL Curriculum Developer: independently designed and developed a year-long ESL curriculum; adopted by the University of Alabama at Birmingham to support international students
• Student Representative of Iowa Sierra Club: launching school sustainability projects (built a water filtration system to improve Iowa water quality, started a recycling and zero waste campaign in town, protected local habitats, etc)
