Exercising, cooking, fishing, gardening, and walking
I maintain my physical and mental health awareness by exercising, walking and running daily. Six o'clock A.M. I and two others spend two hours warming up to walk or run in a park or around the community. I also enjoy deep sea fishing and gardening in my backyard. My garden has tomatoes, thyme, lemon grass, green onions, several varieties of mints (spearmint, chocolate, and wintergreen) cabbage, green papers, squash and planted along the vegetables are Marigolds. I get total sanctification through cooking and sharing food. I love to bake cakes and cookies. My most loved items are curry chicken, grilled cabbage, spaghetti, peanut butter cookies, death by chocolate. My pineapple upside down, chocolate pear upside down cakes and a strawberry cake everyone enjoys eating.
