  • Collaborate with management to create several staff tracking and development tools for the purposes of discovering challenges and growth of staff on a monthly basis. These tools aided in developing training points, creating new workflows and forming focused talking points for performance reviews. Responsible for weekly and monthly quality audits by extracting regional data reports, concerning overall department performance that is shared with leadership.
  • Applied for and secured mini-grant for the department to establish a Wellness Corner, an extension to my MS Teams Wellness Chat for staff. This grant funded our portable exercise equipment. This project included meeting with Environmental Health and Safety and partnering with SSC ROMI UBT for feedback.
  • Department trainer for staff to instruct and guide with verbal and written directions of new workflow or changes to existing practices, with particular focus to new employees who are taken through a 4 to 6-week orientation of foundational workflow training program, managing their progress and their understanding of releasing PHI as set by State/Federal guidelines. My training abilities have been shared across ROMI service areas and other departments relating to onboarding, creating MS Forms, Outlook email rules, Adobe Fillable Forms and several other specific requests.
