  • Hired as Director of Luxury Sales on pre- opening team for the Waldorf Astoria Cancun & Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya.
  • Tasked with launching all luxury partnerships in Consortia and Luxury Wholesale. Responsible from ground up to connect with Industry partners, from contracting, marketing and engagements to provide maximum exposure for each hotel.
  • Goal to exceed Opening Budget/Proforma for Consortia and Wholesale sales that exceeded a combined total of $10 Million USD.
  • Responsible for managing Consortia and Wholesale annual budget, to include marketing, travel and expenses.
  • Succeeded in exceeding budget by 280% for Conrad Tulum's 1st year in Operation- due to dedicated launch plan with key elements that include focused agency action plan, marketing Plan, FAMs and advisor engagement plan.
  • Succeeded in securing all Luxury contracts for each hotel in opening year.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with Virtuoso and Leadership team.
  • Secured Virtuoso contract for Conrad Tulum 4 months after opening & launched Waldorf Astoria Cancun as Preview Property.
  • Strong relationship with American Express Senior leadership & Travel Consultants.
  • Hosted 12 FAMs in each Hotels first year of opening, plus invited over 300 Travel Advisors to the hotels.
  • Attend all Luxury Trade Shows such as ILTM Cannes, ILTM NA, Virtuoso Travel Week, along with Agency dedicated tradeshows and focus direct sales calls to target accounts.
  • Maintain great relationships with leading Agency Founders and CEOs, such as Smartflyer, Departure Lounge, Skylark, Rudi Steele, Brickell Travel, plus American Express Travel, Serendipians, Internova SELECT & Kiwi.
  • Acute knowledge in Travelclick, Agency 360- understand our market position and shift share.
  • Hired a full deployment team of 6 to oversee all Luxury Consortia and Wholesales global markets.
  • Work closely with revenue management and lead teams on collaborative strategies to increase revenue.

  • Luxury Sales- Played a critical role in establishing new partnerships for the Duniway Hotel with Fine Hotels and Resorts, Signature Travel, Travel leaders Select, Frosch, Ovation Travel and more. Remain as main contact for all hotel and luxury partner guidelines and procedures. Shifted share for FHR from Comp Set within 1st year with over 3,000 RNs.
  • Attend all luxury travel trade shows including LE Miami, FHR Supplier Showcase Shows/Call centers, Select Showcase, Signature Travel and sales calls in target markets to drive sales within consortia accounts. Excellent and long standing relationships with all preferred partners.
  • Responsible for all corporate negotiated and local negotiated accounts for Hilton Complex - actualized over $4.5 million per year, 22,500 RNs, exceeding budgeted sales goals year over year above 110%.
  • Entertainment Market- Booked over $2.1 million in multiple A Talent and Group Tour Series - established great relationships within Tour Connection, Road Rebel, TAG, Tzell and ENT Production channels. KEY Market segment throughout Pandemic.
  • FIT - Tour Operator - main contact for FIT partnerships.
  • Shifted share to be the #1 preferred Hotel from comp set in 2018 and 2019. Nike, American Express & more.
  • Participate in monthly owners meeting and annual budget review.
  • Stayed on as the only Sales Director/Manager on throughout the entire pandemic and able to drive sales in stressed climate - booked multiple TV Productions, BT Projects and secured Leisure travel at over $450K in revenue.
