Traveling to different patients homes, patient teaching, medication refills, making doctors appointments and setting up transportation, diabetes management, patient teaching, medication administration, catheter insertion, wound care: wet to dry dressings, wound vacs, packing wounds, diabetic wounds that are slow to heal.

kinnser system

Triaging inmates into clinic for sick call, receiving vitals, assessing patients, documentation, and seating inmates for doctor to evaluate, dealing with patients that have psych disorders, suicidal ideation, carrying out doctors orders and discharging patients once treated. Wound care:using sterile technique, removing stitches and staples, gun shots wounds, wet to dry dressings, packing wounds, diabetic foot ulcers.

Epic system

Working on a lock down unit with male patients ranging from ages 21 to 70 years old. Handling patients with psych issues, suicidal ideation, and redirecting patients from sustaining becoming combative with peers. Medication pass, administering injections associated with patient's behavior. All documentation was on paper.
