Over the past 17 years, I’ve been lucky to be a stay-at-home mom to my two children. As they’ve grown more independent, I’m excited to re-enter the workforce. During this time, I’ve honed essential administrative skills such as organization, calendar management, flexibility, stress management, problem-solving, and communication—skills that are crucial in any professional role. Earlier in my career at Laureate Education, my strong administrative abilities helped me stand out from my peers, leading to rapid promotions. My focus, organization, and ability to analyze data allowed me to refine my sales strategies, ultimately advancing to Regional Sales Manager of the southeast territory, overseeing 15 sales representatives, before stepping away to prioritize my family.
