Summary

As an event and trade show manager, I am responsible for the overall functions of assigned events - from the pre planning to the onsite production to finalizing invoices post event. I oversee the financial budget, event floor plans, overall build of structures, graphics/wayfinding elements, electrical, Rigging, to the roundtrip transportation of needed items for the assigned trade show. I act as the liaison between the show/event organizer and the internal production team, and will manage all pre-show to post-show needs. I have managed and partnered with the following trade shows: Magic (Women's Wear & Footwear portion), Travel Goods, Nightclub & Bar, IMEX America, National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), Groceryshop and many others.

  • Managed the overall event/trade-show production of small to large shows.
  • Helped manage the overall floor plan. Obtained required floor plan permits from the Clark County Fire Marshal. Performed routine checks with the venue and fire marshal to make sure the show is in compliance with all safety procedures.
  • Coordinate all the logistics for all show requirements such as show structures, graphics, furniture, electrical, hanging signs, labor, wayfinding, shipping and material handling.
