  • Migrated the Salesforce implementation from FSL to a digital experience to reduce costs by having testing kits delivered to the home and returned by the participants via the Royal Mail
  • We migrated over 95% of the participants from in person visits to the digital experience and collected ~290,000 tests and survey completions per month allowing significant cost savings for the program to continue through the year
