•Establish and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external customers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses
•Leverage knowledge and understanding of Modes, Rates, Weights,Volumes, Pallets, etc. based on Customer’s shipping requirements.
•Report on standard work processes to ensure that the transportation solution for each account is fully maintained for accuracy and efficiency.
•Multitask and continually collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure service goals and financial objectives are achieved.
•Oversee supply chain operations for two client accounts.
•Assist in the onboarding of new carriers by providing lane requirements and expectations.
•Conduct TMS training for new suppliers.
