Responsible for managing the daily activities/schedule of the Get R.E.A.L (Ready for Education And Learning) program. Manage 7 full-time staff and 120 + interns placed throughout Broward County. This is a workforce development program to create job ready candidates from young adults (17-24) who need job skills, post secondary education,and life skills to become productive members of the Broward County workforce.

Manages the participant case record, and ensures that all necessary documentation is properly maintained using CareerSource Broward software and procedures.


Ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal guidelines related to WIOA (Workforce Investment & Opportunity Act) programs as mandated by the federal government and ensures that federal reporting deadlines are met to avoid federal funding and fiscal finding
Recruitment of opportunity youth within Broward County.


Maintain member attendance and prepares payroll summary for staff and participants placed at worksites. Align opportunity youth with mentors related to chosen career pathway.

Coordinate service delivery by developing the Individual Service Plan with all members.
Implement individual participant goals and monitors progress.
Providing customized boot camp experiences for program participants.
Oversee case management work that involves extensive client interaction, resolve case situations or programmatic issues that are either complex or time-consuming.
