As a General Merchandise Team Leader, I lead a team of 4 to 12 team members, with staffing levels flexing based on seasonal business needs. My primary responsibility is to ensure the sales floor is consistently well-organized, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience. I work to keep shelves fully stocked and merchandise properly presented to maximize sales opportunities. In addition to sales floor management, I oversee the fulfillment process, which includes both in-store pickup and ship-from-store operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. I am accountable for tracking and achieving performance metrics across all areas, and I actively coach and hold team members accountable to meet expectations, drive productivity, and maintain operational excellence.
