I started running a paving crew for more then one year.Our company help build TX 99 loop us a sub contractor for Webber construction building all the detours and bond breaker on it .we did a lot of work for SER construction, Harper brothers,City of Houston,Harris County. Our company started getting bigger and more asphalt crews were added witch gave wave for me to scale a supervisor position ,wich my position included setting up mix meeting with contractors to figure out details of the work ahead.Figuer out time frame scheduled equipment mobilazation, what kind of mix to use and what asphalt plant to use. I being running a paving crew may I say working on asphalt scene 2004. Witch all the mayortie of my experience was with Angel brothers construction now Texas Materials
