Born and raised in a missionary family, I lived in remote places in South America with little to no access. Helped run and organize multiple medical trips to provide medical treatment to remote communities with little access to modern society while still in high school. Due to my work ethic, I was placed in leadership roles and positions early in my civilian work life. I had the role of a squad leader in the early stage of my military career before moving up to a Team Leader position. Helped my company reach the status of one of the best Infantry Companies in the U.S. Army for 3 years in a row. I deployed to Afghanistan and supported the 7th Group and 10th Group of Special Forces by conducting missions with them, providing QRF for other teams, and running the camp by coordinating and being in charge of local workers and contractors. I have come under direct enemy fire and engaged in combat within 10 minutes of my first mission. I was one of the youngest hires at the Chattanooga Police Department, for one of the highest crime cities in the U.S, at only 20 years old, due to my maturity and the recommendations from previous employers and military supervisors. I graduated from the Police Academy as one of the selected 4 team leaders in a class of 40. I worked for almost 4 years straight in the busiest sector and district of the city during the busiest time, answering a minimum of 20 calls a day and having over 340 physical arrests. I learned to de-escalate dangerous situations and learn how to read people and their body language, which became useful when I was able to prevent an active shooter/suicidal party at a local Walmart. I've engaged armed suspects in hand-to-hand combat and Close Quarter combat. I've performed CPR, First Aid, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care on multiple occasions. I've been able to operate and perform under high-pressure many times on multiple occasions within just a couple of hours. When the War in Ukraine started, I assisted and helped a friend with his local non-profit organization, by providing security and assisting in planning and executing the transportation of needed supplies to different places inside of Ukraine. I also assisted in bringing and smuggling, needed medical supplies inside the country from Romania, Moldova, and Poland. While my time there I was able to work and assist Ukrainian forces around the area and at the front lines, by providing them with medical supplies and training. I was able to make contact and establish friendships with military hire-up personnel. With other local volunteers, we went outside the friendly territory to help evacuate refugees. Once back in the U.S. I got hired at a local bar/nightclub as the Security Manager. I trained my staff to avoid any hands-on confrontation, and I help de-escalate the situations. I read people and their body language to stop and prevent any confrontation among patrons before they escalate above a verbal disorder. And I ensure that the staff and patrons inside the business are safe every night.
I have performed different types and kinds of security in multiple areas throughout my professional and personal life. I have learned to work and be proficient under a high level of pressure and stress in extremely dangerous situations, many of them being life-or-death situations. I have learned to always be professional during any kind of situation that I encounter and learned how to make split-second decisions. Now I'm looking to expand my knowledge and take my expertise somewhere else where it could be useful.
