Assures K9 handlers and canines are paired up and trained in detecting emerging threats through intelligence analysis. Utilizing two different training tracks; conventional explosives detection handler, and Passenger Screening Canine Handlers. Upon training completion, I certify that the teams can successfully recognize odors of prohibited items and locate the source, the handler can interpret the canine's change in behavior, the handler can conduct logical and systematic searches. Managed the activities of personnel operational elements providing support to the 353rd Civil Affairs Command (353rd CACOM) and the Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group (NE-MASRSG) made up of over 5,000 Soldiers. Mobilized on Active Duty as a Headquarters Military Police Team leader for the C 258 ILO MPs led a squad element of Military Police in combat operations, including providing tactical guidance in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom II (2004 -2005) and extended six months to support Operation Iraqi Freedom III (2005) . Effective decision-maker in high-pressure environments. Received and implemented combat orders and directed deployment of personnel in offensive, defensive and retrograde operations. Patrolled areas and allowed restricted area access for authorized personnel. Constructed field expedient firing aids for infantry weapons. Trained and instructed subordinates and supported units on Security Operations. Performed reconnaissance operations in Baghdad, Iraq to detect and deter the use of Improvised Explosive Devices.

Responded to the World Trade Center 9/11 attacks under State Active Duty for 39 days providing security and recovery support.

In my role, I would lead a team to look after the special needs and ensure that programs and processes are being followed to provide the best outcomes.
