- I was hired at servpro as a technician, as a technician i was in charge of making sure that the crew had everything we needed to make sure the job went well.
- I was also in charge of making sure that our trucks were fully stocked, for any job size.
- My main role as a technician was making sure that all of the demolition was done correctly and also making sure that we left the job site in a presentable state.
- After 5 months servpro sent me to mitigation class and i was promoted to be a crew lead.
- My new role as a crew lead included, communication, management and punctuality.
- As a crew lead i learned to manage people, while making sure that the job was done in a promptly time, i also learned the importance of costumer service, and making sure that i was patient with the costumer
- Communication is a big responsibly, for this role i was in charge of communicating with my production manager and project manager. i was also in charge of communicating with the insurance companies and the costumers. The communication role really helped me understand the importance of costumer service.
