- Partnered with strategic companies to grow our Cross Border Presence including: USDA, CBP, ANAM and SENASICA

- Business growth in our repack operations of over 415% over the last 24 months (+$3.8M). Heightened focus on customer development, increased efficiencies with capital investments for automation and labor savings. CI improvements on production line flow/layout.
- Sales pursuit and acquisition of additional revenue from Jasper Wyman's, new on boarding of Dole Foods and Del Monte Foods.
- Experienced GM with excellent Customer Face to Face interaction, via MBR's/QBR's (KPI presentation of operations performance).

- Development and Succession Planning – worked closely with my Operation Manager to develop him for his future growth within the company focusing on financials (P&L report, forecasting and budget), communication and KPI reports.
- Implemented Site Dashboard which reports daily financials, productivity, customer scorecards, Safety/HR reports, and maintenance and AOS maturity/actions.
- Spent 3 months (Q4) in Dallas supporting the site during the process of hiring a new GM. Worked closely with the Operations team to rebuild operational flow to stabilize the site. Revisited Walmart cost model to confirm performance and implemented productivities to measure our shift performance. Managed both San Antonio and Dallas during this time with success.
