I’m Juan, and if there’s one thing about me, I don’t do things halfway. I’m passionate about connecting with people, building real relationships, and leaving a mark, whether I’m closing a deal, coaching an athlete, or helping a business grow.

I started coaching tennis and padel on my own to pay for university, and ended up taking one of my players to #1 in Queensland, Australia. I’ve sold tech, ghost kitchens, and sports programs — and in every case, I’ve proven that when I believe in something, there’s no ceiling. I’ve led teams, opened markets, and earned the trust of clients and colleagues through empathy, clarity, and consistent delivery.

Now I’m looking for an opportunity to keep growing in sales and business development — ideally in a space where people are driven, values matter, and energy runs high. If sport is part of it, even better.
