• Started position at Syensqo in May 2024. Supported team operations in TPC for several months before transitioning to GP3 Oxcarb Creel team for approximately six months. Joined GP3 Oxcarb crews for three months, participating in operational tasks. Contributed to Pitch as an operator for roughly a year, gaining extensive knowledge in various roles. Engaged with wet winders, Barmags, Harper rewind line, and assisted as a Godet operator while supporting the tower operator. Pursued hands-on learning to deepen understanding of fiber production processes alongside the tower operator.
• Managed support responsibilities for Resin-B operations across two campaigns to strengthen process understanding and assist Resin-B Lead.
• Assisted in training new technicians on equipment operation

and safety standards, fostering skill development.

• Adhered to safety protocols and best practices, promoting a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Operated and maintained production machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

• Before I started working at Syensqo, I worked as a temp at Magna Drive through a temp agency from November of 2023 to April of 2024.
• Worked first shift at Magna Drive for approximately 5 months to maintain employment while awaiting review of Syensqo (Solvay at the time) application.
• Started as a laborer on the assembly line, quickly learned the position.
• Selected by Magna Drive management to complete Dye Crane license class and later offered position directly from Magna Drive management.
• Collaborated with team members to execute production tasks according to quality standards.
