• Layout on the floor using chalk lines. Organize personnel, materials and other resources on site daily. Make sure installation personnel are handed all the right materials by carefully following blueprint and construction drawings

• Installation, leveling, anchorage of lifts (elevators) on the racks.

• Installation of box shuttles system in to the rails of the racks.

• Layout on the floor for all the conveyor belts.

• Installation of fence and band on the side of the conveyors.

• Internet installation using profinet cables.

• Running and termination of AS-i and AUX cables.

• Integration of all modules (G20 & G10) of the conveyor belt on AS-i cable and SUP cables.

• Air station assembly and connection for conveyor systems.

• E-stop installation and termination.

• Motor assembly and electrical termination.

• Assembly and installation of cable trays and wire channels. Installed cables, conductors and wire trays and completed necessary hook-ups for primary power lines.

• Worked extensively on three-phase, 277/480 volt power distribution systems.

• Interpreted schematics, blueprints and diagrams to complete projects on time. Interpreted blueprints and technical drawings to correctly assemble main panels, sub-panels and control boxes
