• I worked multiple areas on concessions stands, some few examples were at F1, Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and other locations on the strip. My team and i made sure everything was ready to go for all events, including stocking up, made sure computer system was up to date, that the stock was counted before and after the event, made sure to keep area clean.

• Helped the servers with greeting tables, making sure the glasses are filled with water and making sure station is clear and clean. Making sure prebussing was done and clearing tables and resetting after the guests are finished. Had my station full of cups and have silverware aswell for resetting.

• Got hired as on call and then moved up to full time. very busy and always something to do. Served a high volume of guests, my favorite encounters were servicing the high rollers.

• Transitioned from busser to server and runner improving service delivery and quality. Here i benefited from manager's coaching on upselling tactics and maintaining a polished appearance. l liked interacting and making sure the experiences are always outstanding for the guests.

• Started here as a busser then turned into Server after a few months, loved it here because it was fast paced, menu was easy to learn, and the regular members there were easy to connect with. I worked in both of the hotels casual and fine dining restaurants at a country club. i aslo assisted in training new staff on service and cleaning protocols as well as learning menu specials

• This was my first fine dining experience. I had such a great experience in learning working in fine dining. I also assisted in preparing the dining area, ensuring all settings were neat and welcoming. I responded promptly to requests from servers, managers, staff members and our guests at the restaurant

• First job I had when I first moved to the Pacific northwest, made excellent money there, very fast paced, and location was busy to tourisim. Had maintained cleanliness of restaurant and stations throughout the shift. also maintained great customer service during hot weather in high-volume shifts

This was my First job ever, worked in prepping food, dishwashing, salads and frying station. liked it because my father was there so show me and motivate how things are done. Also learned hosting, bussing, and serving
