In charge of the operation and maintenance of critical systems, including power plant, wastewater treatment facilities, potable water distribution, and cryogenic systems (LOX, LN2, LAR, LNG). I ensure all systems operate within required parameters, promptly address any anomalies, and respond efficiently to emergencies. I collaborate closely with engineering teams to support system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements, contributing to the development of work orders and test plans. Ensuring communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization to maintain operational integrity and drive continuous improvement.

• Operate Reciprocate Engines for power generation and auxiliary equipment to provide efficient, reliable and safe production of power
• Ensures operations and maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner and in compliance with STEC's safety program
• Analyze data from control panels to identify any abnormalities in plant performance
• Responds to emergency conditions at the plant, including equipment breakdowns and outages, and assists troubleshooting efforts to repair equipment or correct other problems
• Communicates operational and equipment issues with the Operations Supervisor, Plant Manager, System Operations and Wholesale Marketing/QSE
• Maintain accurate records of system operation in computer data logs and prepared reports to inform next shift about notable needs and incidents.
• Provides direct oversight and on-the-job training to new hires.

• Responsible for monitoring, operating and performing routine maintenance on power plant equipment and auxiliaries
• Inspected Plant equipment on daily basis and made monitoring adjustments to maintain system integrity and peak operations.
• Identified and reported abnormalities for timely corrective actions.
• Responded to plant emergencies and equipment breakdowns following appropriate protocols.

• Responsible for testing on wide variety of high voltage coils and bars that we manufacture for turbo and hydro generators
• Involvement with the monitoring, testing and measuring of product components as copper, impregnating resin, RTD’s, core lamination, various types of insulation, etc
• Interpreted test results and determined need for retesting.
• Analyzed experimental results and determined whether results fit within standard procedures.

• Responsible for the quality inspections of various types of high voltage coils and bars during the different manufacturing process
• In conformance to controlled standards of dimensions and electrical preparations such as resistance, Power Factor, Partial Discharge, electrical weave forms, etc
• Monitoring production process and work with Production Engineers to provide quality according to the company and customers standards.
• Documented inspection results by completing reports and logs and summarizing and entering data into quality database.

• Responsible for mechanical assembling of various types of automated machines or fixtures, installing control boxes, PLC, visions systems, wire different types of sensors, pneumatic systems etc following design P&ID's and flow charts
• Adjusted or modified equipment to enhance equipment performance or to respond to customer requests.
• Download Programs to the PLC and Drivers, perform tryouts for ensure the full performance according with the client requirements and troubleshooting
• Preventive and corrective maintenance in the customer work site.
