I started off becoming as service advisor at my dad’s business and grew my customer support experience have been doing maintenance for the past 3 years, I have worked on my car ever since I have gotten it which was 2021 and grew some experience there of automotive. I have also been doing my families brakes and engine oil services, Over the years I grew exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations when I was an EMT ensuring seamless patient care transitions. Certified in smog check inspections, showcasing a blend of technical interpersonal effectiveness. I am very motivated into growing my automotive experience as I want to move up the ladder to be able to do diagnostics and become a smog check and repair technician, I hope to work with you very soon!
