  • Planted, cultivated and harvested various types of Cannabis Cultivars.
  • Assisted with maintenance and installation of irrigation equipment.
  • Working closely with RND team on various trials. Ranging from environmental, to maintaining traceability of the all biomass. from the moment of harvest. up until the product is ready to be sent to our Distribution Department .
  • Ensuring our grow rooms have th correct environmental set points. That includes temperature, Co2, making sure the lights maintain a reasonable distance from the canopy. Keeping the correct humidity to ensure transpiration rates aren't affected by lack of environmental control. Everything must adhere to our company SOP's.
  • Working closely with the companies breeder. Ensuring males plants are identified and killed in a timely manner.
  • Identifiying phenotypes with dioecious traits and notifying the breeder.
  • Ensuring the Pheno room is organized and keeping records of what has been culled, what has hermed (dioecious), and what pheno's where males. to then pass on to our breeder.
  • Ordering any supplies our facility may need for harvests, as well as anything any of our team needs to complete our tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring we have the correct number of plants in the vegetative room, so that wehave enough to fill our flower rooms. While at the same time accounting for having 15-20% over what we need to select only healthiest and most vigorous plants to populate the flower rooms. All this is closely coordinated with the Facility GM to ensure we are meeting the companies expectations.
  • Repair/replace broken equipment. For example, Light Bulbs for HPS lights. Replacing ballasts. Interlinking lights control intensity through a controller.
  • Evaluate harvesting conditions and identify obstacles.
  • Repairing Solenoids, and connecting Anden Dehumifiers as well as changing out the filter's.
  • Making sure all rooms have a room map layout to help identify how many plants we have in each table. As well as their exact location in the flower room.
  • Creating labels to make sure every table's cultivars can be identified. By just walking in and reading the label. which also contains the plant date.
  • Identified plant diseases and researched methods for mitigation. (Started out doing IPM)
  • Explained and demonstrated working techniques, practices and safety measures for permanent and migrant agricultural workers.
  • Inputing the quality of cutting's, received from the nursery. on a grading sheet and keeping it up to date. As well as keeping track of any materials we pull from the inventory yard.
